Through proper weight lifting you can literally develop any major muscle area on your body with the exception of your private part of course. Through weight lifting and cardio exercises you can literally mold and shape your body and lose weight where you need to lose it. What many men don’t know is that they can also alter their facial appearance- with face exercises!This little known “secret” has been used in Hollywood circles, by sports athletes, models and men in the entertainment business. The fact that the camera adds 10 pounds to your frame alone is a reason to perform facial exercises! Many men have an underdeveloped chin, jaw line and cheekbone area.
